Overtime question, please help.?

So I am working overtime next week, but Monday is a paid holiday. I will be working 50 hours on tuesday through friday. Will I get overtime starting at 32 hours + the 8 hours paid off on monday. Or will I only get the overtime after I have worked 40 hours not including the paid holiday.
