What movie is this...look at description.?

I remember this movie from a few years back on spike or FX. A woman is kidnapped, and held in a attic (IDK why). Then they go to kidnap her son, durring this time she finds a old phone and manages to get it some what working. she gets a hold of some random guy driving along the highway thats in her area. She convinces him to go to the school and try to prevent his kidnapping, but as he sees him hes about to step in his moms stolen car with the kidnappers in it. He yells his name out, and as he looks at him he gets grabbed and pulled into the car. Any one got a idea?
