Movie about kidnapper driver (80's or early 90's)?

This movie is about small town where a mysterious car (like a pontiac trans am) appears kidnaping girls and days later the girl is found dead. A woman school bus driver dangerously decide to go after the guy who kidnap she's daughter driving the school bus. The plot of this movie is very similar with "The Car" but there is a guy driving.
