Who is responsible for the kidnapping of Erica?

It's gotta be Asher...if you listen to the kidnappers voice it follows the same pattern as Ashers...same accents on syllables. Plus he is a computer guy...all the info he got on her could easily come from the internet and research...it is what he does. Thoughts?
